You can also use a kettlebell, or even a water jug ??with a handle, if you want. This is a great workout to do if you do not have access to a gym and wants to work with your whole body, fast. It's great for functional strength, cardio short and intense, and to help with fat loss. It will also help strengthen the muscles of whole body as well (especially for beginners exercise).
